This year National Back Pain week will be from the 8th to the 12th of October and Putnams are celebrating by having 10% off all our range! As specialists in all things back care we are getting behind the awareness week and hope that you will help spread the word also.
The event is organised by BackCare who are a charity for healthier backs, the theme this year is builders back pain. It has been estimated that 4 out of 5 adults will experience some form of back pain in their life which is why the week is so important as it promotes ways to prevent and help back pain.
