When do we close and re-open?
Our factory will be open until the 23rd December 2022 reopening on the 3rd January 2023.
Last orders for Christmas delivery
Last date for standard delivery that will arrive before Christmas is very difficult to predict this year due to the Royal Mail strikes and the effects this has had on the wider postal system. We therefore do not have a last order date for standard delivery this year. We will continue to send out post until we close (last working day is the 23rd December). Please note at time of writing (in extreme cases) it is taking up to two weeks for items to get to customers.
For next day delivery to arrive before Christmas please place your order before 12 noon on the 21st December (this is not guaranteed). We will again be sending out orders placed before 12 noon on the 23rd December (our last day open before Christmas) but cannot guarantee orders will arrive on the 24th due to courier overload and Royal Mail strikes mentioned above.
Extended returns
Orders placed from the 10th December until 23rd December 2021 will benefit from an extended returns policy of 30 days once the item has been received (instead of the usual 14).
Orders placed while we are closed
All orders placed during our closed period will be sent as soon as possible on our return. Please note next working day orders placed during this time will be prioritised upon our re-opening however we may not be able to get every order out on the day of our return as we make up every product by hand for each order. Once the orders are sent out they will be sent out on a next day service.
Contacting us while we are closed
We receive lots of emails & voicemails while we are closed. We will answer all questions as soon as possible upon reopening. If you have an urgent need to speak with us i.e to cancel an order placed while we were closed please call the office on the morning of the 3rd January 2022.
