Although we never closed we thought we would update all of our wonderful customers, distributors and partners.
Firstly; thank you. The last few months have been a whirlwind. We have had incredible support from everyone during this difficult time.
Luckily we have remained busy and our amazing staff have worked hard throughout. Our customers and distributors have been very understanding when initially we were slightly behind on sending orders out due to a switch in production to PPE for the NHS. Thankfully we are back on track and have increased employee levels to cope with the surge in online sales.
We are operating differently than before in our factory (social distancing and employee safety is our top priority) but we are fully operational nonetheless.
All online orders are going out on time and we have everything back in stock other than waiting on a delivery of wood for our posture chair frames (see kneeling chair pages for updates).
Last but not least thank you to the amazing Putnams team who have worked extra shifts (Debbie, Julie, Sue & Jeannette), come in early (Hayley), left late (Hayley & Julie) and even worked weekends (Sue and Jeannette)! We are lucky to have such amazing people in our factory that really care about every product that goes out the door.
