Like the 8° Sitting Wedge, it tilts the pelvis forward to encourage good posture, and both list sciatica among the conditions they help with. Each is also available with a coccyx cut-out that reduces pressure at the base of the spine. For general comfort, numbness and discomfort, the Sero Pressure Cushion is a smaller, shaped cushion for the modern office chair and car seat, with wave cut foam for even pressure distribution.

    The Duo Car Back Support has two high density memory foam pads, so you can remove one for lighter support or use both for more. Its height is easy to adjust, and the strap loops over your car's head rest.
