Foam Cutter Plymouth

Putnams is a family run manufacturing company based in Plymouth, we cut foam for many different applications. We supply retail and trade customers with sheets and cut units.

We are looking for an assistant foam cutter to join our foam cutting department. The successful candidate will have experience in some form of cutting (timber, metal etc). They should be able to demonstrate an eye for precision and be able to work from drawings.

All training on machinery will be provided and the key to this role is a strong work ethic. You will be expected to work to deadlines to get products out the door. You will also occasionally be expected to drive an extra-long wheel base van to provide cover for holidays and sickness (no special driving licence required).  

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday. Our hours of work are 8:45am to 4:45pm. You will be based in our factory just outside of Plymouth at Langage Industrial Estate.
